I had them a little too much last summer. There was an unfortunate overlap when I'd have an Oh Yeah One bar for a mid-day snack and a Halo Top for dessert. Them sugar alcohols... Traumatic week.

I'm going to say it right here and right now.. Arctic Lemon Ice is absolutely delicious even though the other reps disagree with me.

Orange tastes VERY similar to lemon ice. Lemon ice smells a little weird tbh but it's VERY tasty.

Jut tried the original flavored Enlightened bar. Tasted like a bland rice crispie treat. Texture was like a stale rice crispie but that's acceptable for a protein bar. Oh Snap kills them in every way. I'll try the next two tomorrow.

Have you tried the new Ooh Snap! flavor, haven't heard any reviews on it yet?

Seems like it could be hit or miss, would have preferred they went with a Fruit Loops/cereal bar offering.

I have not. After the oldest enjoyed the vanilla, that's all I have bought. I need to try the other flavors.

Funny guy as well. He was taking video with funny snapchat filters of Dave Baye as he was MCing and posted them on IG. Had the entire crowed laughing and Dave couldn't help but comment about what might be happening during the show. Dallas DMed me on IG asking for the pics I took after posting a few.

The kid posing next to him in a couple pics is 16 years old, 107lb classic physique competitor. Nice size difference lol.

Reps on spread, I'll get ya eventually. People were saying he and Flex Lewis are quite the characters together. I love watching their Instagram workouts.

Looking to give intra workout supps a shot. What's worth a go? Never used anything with carbs intra basically always been water or some form of eaa/bcaa whatever happens to be on hand. (Something available in bb.com store only)

Probably NutraBbio Super Carb for a great stand alone carb source of highly branched cyclic dextrin (and some electrolytes) or if you want the most stuff crammed into one intra supplement it looks like Size On. There are of course too many BCAA product choices, considering, I"m sure that one wouldn't be a problem (though xtend perform at least has peak 02 and a gram of citrulline as well)

SizeOn looks like a good one. I may have to try that out.

Not one for intra carbs products myself, but have had SizeOn before (good sale on it) and it is tasty; never saw a performance difference myself though.

I do carb backloading and start my carbs intra, SizeOn is the best I've tried.

Late to the party on this one but if looking to buy from BB.com, Farley nailed it that SizeOn would be the best all in one.
x2 on Super Carb or Glycofuse being the best standalone carb - I use Super Carb.

Only problem I every had with SizeOn was sitting in my stomach and bloating me during some workouts. Not every workout, just some. I couldn't find the variable difference as to the times it would cause bloat vs not. I only have HBCD now for a intra carb source.
1 scoop flavorless hydro whey + 1 scoop ProjectAD Raging Full + 1 scoop Nutrabio Super Carb + 1 scoop Core ABC is my current intra.
Absolutely love this intra mix! Would do 2 scoops Raging Full and drop Super Carb if price wasn't a factor.

They are both pushing it hard with 2 a day lifting sessions. If bodybuilding was my job, no doubt I'd be waking up bright and early for breakfast and a workout. Post workout with a nap. Then another big meal with another heavy lifting session.

Apple cinnamon Enlightened bar was as bland as the original flavor. Texture was better, more like an actual rice crispie.

Grandmas lemon square FitJoy was ok. I like lemon but the texture of FitJoy has never been something I enjoyed. The Dymatize bars are similar and I feel the same about their texture. The FitJoy Cookie and Cream is still their best imo.

SizeOn is the ****. I always have a stockpile.

Can confirm about deadlifts smashing the CNS. My second lower body day is a a technique deadlift day (5 sets of 3 @ 70%, then heavy front squats) and even that smokes me.

Sizeon def looks like good stuff if my memory serves me correctly. Micstake recommended a great looking product to me that I recommend checking out as well: AD Raging Full. That said, to test the waters I went a cheaper route and ordered some bulk Dextrin to try before anything. It saved my some money, and the Dextrin seems to be the big ingredient in a lot of these intra products. That said, Raging Full and many others have pretty complete formulas that offer more than just the Dextrin. Let us know what you pick up and how it works out for you.

Haven't received mine yet so can't comment, but I have been backloading my carbs; train first thing in the morning, so evening before i'm getting some good starchy carbs in my system. Have felt great typically, but there are some mornings that are pretty rough, so willing to give this intra stuff a try.

My form felt better, so that made a world of difference, but HyperMax felt pretty great. It has PEA in it, which most of us know is amazing for all of 15 minutes....but the Eria extends the feeling. So it hit's pretty hard up front and then there's a sustained energy and focus throughout. My chest was crazy pumped as well. Popping through my shirt. Think i'm gonna enjoy running this product.

Hell yeah! Where's your bench at? Benching has always been a weaker part for me but it's coming along nicely since I've bumped up calories.

The snap bars turn into dust after a few chews. Enlighten has a better texture, and snap a better flavor IMO
