Hi guys here is my situation
For the past year I had a simple breakfast, I blended 80 grams of oatmeal. And mixed that 1 scoop of protein isolate perfection and water (cold). This was perfect for me as it was a quick and simple breakfast.
The problem is that the last 2 months I have been getting diarrhea after drinking this mix. I know it is from this mixed cause I have stopped a couple of days and the diarrhea alsop stopped.
This is a problem for me as this was a perfect breakfast. It also kinda strange as oatmeal contains lots of fibers and therefore hardens your poop.
Does anyone have a clue as why this is happening? or just a advice for a breakfast that would be as simple to make.

Protein shake sh*ts are usually from getting too big a dose of protein... lactose intolerance or could be the sugar alcohols if the protein mix is flavoured...
Have you changed anything else in the past 2 months? What's your fibre intake like outside of this breakfast?
Easy protein breakfast? Omelette... or if no-cook, dump milk on your oatmeal and have another glass of it on the side... you'll get about 8g - 10g of protein per 250ml of milk... so 1 cup on the oatmeal, 1 cup to wash it down...

You could try switching up brands of protein you're using or just going with liquid egg whites or something just as easy to drink/blend.
