Yukon bar looks much nicer than the Bison, and the price is definitely right. Also saw this tibia machine, heard great things about them and always wanted one but the price seemed ridiculous. Titan seems top be on a roll....

I bought a tibia machine from BarbellUSA back in 2013 for $110 so this seems to be a reasonable price. I still use mine 3-4 times a week. Titan's looks pretty nice compared to the one I have.

Never even heard of this piece before. After reading up on it I'm still not sure why I'd want one. What are the great things you've heard?

I also feel that Titan's new products have much less visibility after the site redesign.

Also, instead of purchasing a machine, I believe doing a form of reverse calf raises (resting your heels on a block and lifting the front part of your foot) will do pretty much the same thing.

I ended up getting mine to help strengthen my ankles, etc. for running and backpacking on rough trails. It seems to have helped over the past five-plus years.

Somehow sold my titan x-2 for 500 CAD. Bought for 282.50 USD a couple years ago. Replaced it with a used serious steel for $150.

Now I have $350 to spend on more gear

150 will be going to the clean and jerk attachment once it comes back into stock. "Good" use for the other 200?

Actually heard about them a long time ago, there was an article / review I read where someone increased total width around the calf area significantly after continual use. Not to mention the ankle benefits mentioned above. So if you suffer from small looking calf muscles like most do, this may help add some thickness to that area.

Did a search for the titan Rackable Camber Bar but nothing came up? anyone have it?

its's not for me but my friend wants one from elite. I have the elite ssb and love it and its a ton nicer the the titan bar I have also used but for the camber bar it just doesn't seem worth the elite fts price, or is it

saw a youtube review of Titan rackable trap bar last night. they have added knurl to the lower handles now. their knurl is so passive it probably wouldn't make a lot of difference but still a good upgrade.

The overall feel of Titan's new site layout is so blah. Nothing jumps out anymore. No NEW products on the front page. No quick link BOX to click on new products, and the featured products are never new products. I guess when they can't copy someone it really shows how much innovation they lack. And for some reason, I haven't able to log into my account since the new page layout.

Still liking my Titan rackable trap bar a lot. Can't say I've noticed the lack of knurl on the lower handles. I debated trap bars for months and then tried the Titan because it was cheap and new. Haven't thought about other trap bars since I bought it.

Totally. Not liking the new layout. They could easily add a band for "New Products" right above/below the "featured products" band on the main page. I had to reset my password to log in after the change.

They fit pretty darn well, but I chopped them up because I wanted to also fix a small annoyance with my lat pulldown. So one rubber mat got chopped in half to use on the belt squat, which now increases the ROM well beyond ATG. Then my legs feel much more locked in for lat pulldowns which is REALLY nice. For me, little things like this are why I own a home gym. It's 100% custom fitted to my needs, I prefer my gym to all three of the commercial gyms I have access to at work

Do these mats smell as funky as the horse stall mats from tractor supply?

They do smell like someone smoked a pack of lucky stripes on them, but the smell is going away fast.

Checking out the X-3 squat stand. Are the spotter arms too short for proper safety? I read they are only 21" vs 24" on the Rogue equivalent model.

Safe spotter arm length is a matter of opinion, but I like at least 24" from the upright. Titan's x3 arms are 24" total length, so it is like 20.5" of coverage from the upright.

Which is the one to get: X3 squat stand or X3 half rack? Does X3 squat stand wobble or only when you are using super heavy weight?

    My preference:

Full rack >> Half Rack >>>>>>>>>>>>>squat stands
    {5'7" and under #1}

Can anyone with the hex trap bar confirm if the lower handles are knurled. I am seeing conflicting information on this but it looks like the "newer" versions have the knurl.

my early version does not but I did see a youtube review that was knurled. Like I said though the knurl is so light and passive you could athletic tape and be good to go or just not bother with anything and be mostly fine.

These look interesting! You think a few of these could replace a deadlift platform & still adequately protect a slab (over top of stall mats)?

As it is now, I've cut down my platform & raise/lower it when I want to use it. I prefer the open floor space instead of having the platform set up all the time.

Ill be making mine soon and probably make it 3 pieces for that reason. Was playing with the idea of playground tiles on the sides but im not sure how they'd hold up since theyre softer.
