That is really bizarre. First, maybe the movement varies by hole placement, but I can conform that the rogue version has a little over 5" of bar movement between stops. That version of titan doesn't seem to move much at all...... and wood... really? Maybe it's a composite metal or aluminum?
Seems really strange to me that he's benching with rogue calibrate plates...... on a titan budget mono.[]---[] Ivanko Barbell Crew #4 []---[]

mech you would be the one to answer this for me. In the video the guy shows 3 holes for mounting the pivot arm of the monolif. He says thats for adjusting the height of the arms but I think its more for pushing the hooks outwards from the uprights. with more arm above say with the height set in the bottom hole it would bring the hook to a resting point closer to the uprights that the monos were mounted on. With the top hole being used and less weight and leverage above the pivot point the bar hook would swing out slightly further from the uprights.
I'm probably over figuring this a bit but still curious.

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Titan's 'Wooden' monolift attachments are 10% off today, they are running a sale on new stuff. AND, WTF is up with the monolift in this picture? When you zoom in I swear you can see straight up cracks on the swing arm...

bought two axle bars, dual landmine, T3 strips, and pair of olympic weight holder during their 20% off memorial day sale. The axle bar has a fine sand paper feel to it( 1000 grit??) I bought two of them for when i need to use it for the dual landmine. Not much to say about the dual land mine other than it does the job. Paint job could be nicer though. The T3 strip i was able to bolt it up on the titan GHD. The two bottom bolts will line up perfectly and you will to buy a longer bolt. I picked up some m12 130mm bolts at Lowes. For the top i had to use my drill press to drill a hole for one bolt only.

hopefully its just the same ****ty powder coat that somehow looks just like it was painted on thats on my t-3. surface prep and cleaning up welds is clearly not a priority in Titans chinese sweatshop. They seem to be improving but their first versions of everything just seem very basic and rough. Probably because they don't want to lose a bunch of money when someone takes them to court for directly cloning their stuff.
