next week I will be attacking 315 on incline BP. I am closer each week but not there yet. I am doing 225 for 20 reps, 275 for 7 or 8 reps, 295 for 3 reps or so. But every time I put on 315 I am stuck right at the sticky point in the middle. Any advise? I just need one solid rep, tick the box so to speak. I plan it as my BD present to myself.
