So I'm getting f***ing annoyed because there's about 100000 different calorie calculators on that internet telling me different things. One says I burn 2400 a day with very active living another says around 3000 and another says around 4000. What the fuk? I'd be more than happy if someone could clear it up for me here's my stats;
174 lbs
5'9
18 yo
I lift some type of weights everyday of the week just about and I'm about to start doing sprints so I suppose consider it "very active" any responses would be appreciated
