Is it normal to be getting Stronger but smaller? I am really getting smaller cuz the gym measured me and i am smaller everywhere but legs.
Is it like one step back to give 2 forward?

Just added 3 more photos in my bodyspace... the issue of "getting smaller" was probably something going on with my mind... i gotta say my waist looks a bit smaller even though i am on a surplus xD (probably because i went from eating 1000 cals of bread a day to basically no bread)

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
