Decided to get serious over summer and start ICF 5x5 to gain some mass, and increase my strength in all the lifts overall. I have started this program for the past week, and I will try to keep this journal and everyone updated after every workout!

Barbell Shrugs: 100 lb
Tricep Extension: Will update soon
EZ Bar Curls: 40 lb (Should I use dumbbells or stick with the EZ bar?)
Cable Crunches: 50 lb
CGBP: 65
