So, I have no problem putting on muscle mass during the winter, but once summer hits and I start doing construction I tend to lose muscle mass, even when I increase my calorie intake. I guess I'm wondering if there are any known tricks to continue to gain lean muscle mass in this type of situation; alter my macros? take certain supps? eat certain foods at specific times of the day? Any advice or guidance would be awesome!
