A more important question would be, what is your entire routine, and are you doing shoulder exercises that are effective and fit well within that routine?

That said, the above are ok, but I would do pressing exercises while standing so that your glutes can support your spine. Also, upright rows are mostly for traps (which technically are a part of the back) and can really kill your shoulder joints.

    Current shoulder day...

    1. BB Shoulder Press (Front)
    2. BB Shoulder Press (Back)
    3. Angled Cable Reverse Flyes... face down on 30 degree bench
    4. Arnold Press
    5. Lateral Raises (Cable)
    6. Lateral Raises DB
    7. Press Ups... Feet Raised
    8. Farmers Walk (Overhead Mini BB)
    9. Behind-Neck Pull Ups...
    10. Front Raise with Weight Plate...
    11. Single Arm Landmine Shoulder Press

    12. Bent Over DB Flyes (Dropped at the minute since I've got a slight pull on lower back, would be interchangeable with the reverse cable flyes #3 above)

If we're including traps too, then DB shrugs, BB shrugs (front and back)

For bodybuilders, Seated Dumbbell Press. For strength or athletics, Overhead Press.

Currently I do 4 things for shoulders:

    Behind the neck press
    Rear delt row
    Lat raise
    Rear delt raise

Since i'm doing chest and triceps in the same routine, I can't devote many exercises to shoulders. These 4 hit any gaps left over from the rest.

This by a mile. OP, you're a beginner, at least you're asking beginner questions. You should really not be trying to piece together a routine yourself. Only bad things happen.

It would definitely depend on your goal.
Bodybuilding wise doing the movements you feel the best in the area your targeting is a good indication on what you should do.
There are many different ways and protocols to a specific movement you should explore and find whats good for you.
Keep a training log and note what feels good what doesn't in your training.
The lists in the above posts give you most of the basic movements so i won't repeat them here.
