Hello. I find it more comfortable & I can seem to lift more with a narrower grip. I understand that this works the triceps more & takes work off the chest? Will this lead to a stalling of my bench? I place my hand a thumbs length away from the start of knurling after the smooth section of bar. That would approximately 10” from the centre of the bar to the start of my hand.
