    CJs Goals

    Hey guys, my name is Cj and I am 14 years old, I've been lifting since 6th grade, and I am currently in my last month of school of 8th grade. Right now, I weigh 117 pounds. I can bench 165, squat 225, and deadlift 265. I am currently trying to get to 132 pounds and go for 200+ bench before my freshman year of highschool. Everytime that I try to gain weight I'll go up a few pounds but lose it in a few days. I need help with what supplements I should use, and what food I should eat. If anyone could help me out and give me a few pointers on how to gain muscle weight and keep it would be appreciated. Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from some of you.

    It's all calories mate. Up your calories by 300 and see if that helps. If not add another 200.

    Supplements is an easy one. Whey protein. That's all you'll need if you've got a decent diet and good training plan. TBH if your diet is good enough you don't even need any sups.
