Hey guys, my name is Cj and I am 14 years old, I've been lifting since 6th grade, and I am currently in my last month of school of 8th grade. Right now, I weigh 117 pounds. I can bench 165, squat 225, and deadlift 265. I am currently trying to get to 132 pounds and go for 200+ bench before my freshman year of highschool. Everytime that I try to gain weight I'll go up a few pounds but lose it in a few days. I need help with what supplements I should use, and what food I should eat. If anyone could help me out and give me a few pointers on how to gain muscle weight and keep it would be appreciated. Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from some of you.
