    3 Years Progress. From Skinny, To Not As Skinny

    Here are my progress pictures that range from 2014ish to now. Starting weight is 124 (5 7), my current weight is 144. Throughout my journey so far I have done zero cardio. I started off with simple SixPack Shortcut workouts and eventually moved up to a BodyBuilding workout known as 12 Week Bulk (I cut out the cardio in the program). Consumed roughly 2800-3200 calories per day.

    Nice progress. 20 lbs. difference is great in that timeframe.
