Hi my name is Taha I started to excercise in 2016 and did excercise the whole year with I workout 5-6 days per week the problem is My biceps are not developing at all I dont see even a slight improvement tho about other muscles they are developing but my biceps even while doing excercise its flat my biceps are flat even the new people who come to gym have visible biceps but mine are kinda invisible let me state my bicep workout I do Bicep first then tricep with not heavy weight but normal.

Ez bar curl - 4 sets 12 reps each
Dumbbell curl - 4 sets 24 reps 12 at one hand.
Preacher curl with straight bar - 4 sets 12 reps
One arm dumbbell preacher curl - 4 sets 12 reps.
straight bar cable curl 4 sets of 12 reps.
standing one arm cable curl: 4 sets of 12 reps.

Im not really in a great shape but seeing the new people have better biceps make me disappointed this is why I asked and because of that I left gym and then joined it again after two months.please help.me I can post a pic if u want.

Stop obsessing over one muscle group. Follow a proper beginner routine. Eat and sleep well and over time you will have good noticeable growth.

Way too many direct bicep exercises. Pick one of the beginner routines that the user above provided, which will be infinitely more effective than what you're currently doing. Also, make sure you're eating enough food.

Low bench press and you don't squat and dead lift. As much as you would like to believe you aren't a beginner, you are one. This is a good thing though as it means you are able to progress at a faster rate. So your best option would be to follow a good beginner routine.
If you choose to not accept that and follow whatever self made routine. Then sadly no one can help you.

If you only care about biceps who I'm to say otherwise. Go to the gym everyday curl and eat a lot and you will notice growth.

The smarter thing to do what be bulk, follow a good novice routine and you will notice growth in your entire body.
