Stop obsessing over one muscle group. Follow a proper beginner routine. Eat and sleep well and over time you will have good noticeable growth.
Here are some good beginner routines to choose from.

What are you current lifts? (bench,Squat and dead lift) and what is your body weight?
Are you eating enough? are you following a properly structured routine?Texas Method Log *https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173755621*

Low bench press and you don't squat and dead lift. As much as you would like to believe you aren't a beginner, you are one. This is a good thing though as it means you are able to progress at a faster rate. So your best option would be to follow a good beginner routine.
If you choose to not accept that and follow whatever self made routine. Then sadly no one can help you.Texas Method Log *https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173755621*

If you only care about biceps who I'm to say otherwise. Go to the gym everyday curl and eat a lot and you will notice growth.
The smarter thing to do what be bulk, follow a good novice routine and you will notice growth in your entire body.Texas Method Log *https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173755621*
