Ingredients (4 servings)
Pie crust
• 1 egg
• ¾ cup almond flour
• 4 tbsp. coconut flour
• 4 tbsp. Sesame seeds
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 Tbsp. ground psyllium husk powder
• 3 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil
• 1 pinch salt
• 4 tbsp. water
Filling
• 3 eggs
• ½ lb. smoked salmon
• 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
• ½ tsp. onion powder
• 1¼ cups shredded cheese
• 4¼ oz. cream cheese
Instructions
• Take all the ingredients for the pie crust and pit them in your food processor. As the dough is form remove it.
• Preheat the oven to 350°F
• For removing the pie when it is done attach a piece of parchment paper along with a spring form. It becomes easier to remove the crust.
• Take the dough from the food processor and spread it on the form. For spreading you can use your fingers or use a spatula.
• Pre-bake the crust for about 10-15 minutes.
• Take all ingredients of filling except the salmon and mix it well.
• Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
• Add salmon over the mixture and bake it for about 35 minutes.
• Take out once the pie has great color and serve.
