hey guys so I am 6'2 and i weigh 74KG, even though this seems a bit underweight for me, i still have stubborny belly fat and my face is chubby too. Ive previously been told not to cut down... i am going to france on the 24th may and want to get bigger and not look chubby. I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on a diet? or if they have a link to one. I dont know what to eat. this sounds so vague but im honestly confused and dont know where to start. I am also willing to workout 3-4 times a week. hope you guys can help

At 160# he could lose say 6 pounds which might make a 2%bf change, depends on where he is now as to whether anyone would notice, or he could put on 2 pound of muscle with a perfect workout and nutrician, unlikely anyone would notice.
