Im trying to gain muscles but im not sure what would be the best routine for me to gain muscle. Should I eat a lean diet or or create a calorie surplus? should I have little or a lot of cardio. Im a beginner at this and have never really worked out and i want to obtain a fuller muscle body build and want some advice from guys who had a similar body type as me and were able to create muscle. Ive attached images of what my body type looks like

Consistency, intensity, progression, and the most frequency that supports those with adequate recovery.
I'd consider Fierce 5 as a starting point?The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
