While you are on a Ketogenic diet you can fill up your refrigerator with the following food items.
Meat: Red meat, ham, steak, sausage, chicken, bacon, and turkey.
Fatty fish: Such as salmon, tuna, trout, and mackerel.
Eggs: Preferable omega-3 or pastured whole eggs.
Butter and cream: Prefer grass-fed when possible.
Cheese: Unprocessed cheese (cheddar, cream, goat, mozzarella or blue).
Nuts and seeds: Pumpkin seeds, Almonds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts, etc.
Healthy oils: Primarily coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, and avocado oil.
Avocados: freshly made guacamole or Whole avocados.
Low-carb veggies: Most green veggies, onions, tomatoes, peppers, etc.
Condiments: You can use pepper, salt, and various healthy spices and herbs.
