    Fierce 5 App

    Hey!

    I created a Fierce 5 app that works on iOS and Android. It's 100% free and has no ads (so hopefully doesn't break any forum rules). It has all the programs in the Fierce 5 comprehensive program list, and also comes with a plate calculator and rest timers. Let me know what you think!

    Have you talked with davis about this? as I believe the program is copyrighted.

    Yes, I asked for his permission. He said it was okay as long as it is 100% free and has no ads.

    Literally just searching for this today (starting F5 this week). Thanks OP, I'll come back and let you know how it went.

    And while I'm at it, thanks to davisj3537 for the F5 program. I have been tweaking my own full body, 3 day program, but yours hit the sweet spot and has the constant progression I was looking for.

    Edit: any chance of allowing substitutions? (the ones Davis has said are ok)

    Any chance the app being mentioned in your actual program, particularly the beginner routine. As I'm pretty sure it will be beneficial for most novices and make it a lot easier for them.

    I'll get it on DL and abuse the hell out of it

    So, things I picked up straight away..

    *Default increase increments are wrong(in kg)
    *Progression is wrong for the intermediate versions (week 2 is +rep not weight)
    *no way to add reps on lifts you can't LP like for isolations

    Needs a few tweaks and progression adjustments. A 2week cycle for the intermediate would fix the most glaring issue.

    That been said, the novice part works fine as it's on a 1 week cycle.

    So much potential with this app but its unusable on iOS. Crashes regularly.

    Hope you can get sorted as would live to use it to track my F5 workouts.
