Hello guys,
So I am a basic gym goer, firstly my details,
Program - Chest + Tri, Back + Bic, Shoul + Legs x 2 ( 6 days a week ) with abs alternate days.
Current Weight = 80 kgs ( Most fat is lower belly and love handles. )
Height 5 11"..
Currently on a bulk phase, succesfully increasing 500-700 grams per week.
Previously I stopped my cutting phase at 14% BF and 77 KG. Could see abs a bit ( i did not workout abs nicely before )
I read a lot about L-Carnitine and ECA stack.
1. Can I combine them for acheiving a more lower fat percentage ( for abs ) ?
2. How should I add them in my diet ?
3. Has it worked to cut fat for any of you to make it much lower than 14 % ?
Diet is 2.5k cals ( bulking ) with nice ratio of veggies chicken oats milk nuts.
I know a calorie deficit would allow me to achieve so.. But I want my next cut to be on a more aggressive path. ( If that what ECA and Carni does )
Additional Info..
L-Carnitine is available as supplement and tabs called " Carni Q ", it has additonal stuffs, what u guys think about it ?
The tabs cost 30% more than supplements on average.
Sorry for my English,
Cheers !

Don't worry about eca if your bulking. Carnitine is ok, not going to make a significant difference, alcar is a good cognitive enhancer.
You may try experimenting with doing it on off days, but a daily thing will contradict trying to gain mass.
When going back on cutting, you may try starting small with a normal fat burner before you go straight to eca, something with green tea, synephrine and yohimbine perhaps and worry about going with more aggressive things when you stall.Force Factor Rep

I forgot to mention I wanted to stack these things for next cut. My bad. I have green tea on a regular basis. Issues with Yohimbine are availability, quality and price of it at where I live. I never heard of synephrine , definitely gonna check it out !
Thanks a lot for replying !

its basically the closest legal alternative to ephedrine, depending on where you live of course.
