    Should I take both MP Z Core PM and EVL Test at night combined or is that too much?

    they're both zma based products, probably too much zinc. z core is underdosed and DAA is pretty pointless IMO. what are you looking to achieve? if you want to try out ZMA for sleep support, there are cheaper alternatives
