Hey!
I was just wondering about what supplements u should use when you are trying to get lean. I am just about to start cutting for summer and fall, and i like to do a 2-4 month cut. So what i am asking about is what supplements i should use when i am leaning down to summer. I have trained active for a bit over a year and have used some supplements already. I use creatine monohydrate and pre workout(without creatine). So if you got some good supplements that you like using when cutting, please comment below

A cut is 99.9% about diet and nutrition. Have you calculated your macros and have you ensured you are in a calorie deficit? That's step 1 and most critical.
If you have that all nailed down, the following could be helpful:
- Forskolin (I often use NeoGenix Supremacy on a cut, great supp)
- EC stack (far and away the most effective combo for helping with energy, appetite suppression and actually burning more calories)
- PES Shift

Are you already eating in a caloric deficit? Because if you aren't, supplements won't do anything for you.
ECAY stack paired with a calorie deficit will do some good work.
If you're looking more for a fat burner rather than ephedraine, then the following are my favorites:
-BPI Roxylean
-ProjectAD Shredabull Untaimed
-Cellucor Super-HDProgressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

• What's your nutritional plan looking like? Are you in a appropriate caloric deficit while hitting your target macros?
If not then go here first:

• Secondly, make sure your training program is set up to allow the adaptions you're looking for with your goal
• Lastly, if the two above are set, then you can take a look at supplemental fat burning aids. I usually like at least 2 of the following ingredients: caffeine, forskolin 95 and yohimbe (just be cautious with sides if using a yohimbe).
- NEOGENIX Velocity Ultra is worth a look as a performance enhancer as well as a fat loss aid. Among other ingredients in Velocity, forskolin can aid via an increase cAMP: stimulate Lipolysis, preserve LBM and overall body comp enhancer.
It's currently BOGO 50%!
Other fat burning aids I enjoy:
- ANS Dilate
- Blue Star Blade
- Core Nutritionals Burn
- Core Nutritionals Burn Ultra
- PES ShiftVELOCITY NUTRITION

as everyone already said, you wont see results unless you are in a calorie deficit. First thing to do is get your nutrition down and then slowly add in proper exercise. Too much exercise too fast can also bring a detrimental effect.
What I think is important that no one else brought up is your statement about only "cutting" for 2-4 months. I think the question of "why do you want to cut" should be addressed. All of this depends on where youre starting from. 2 months is usually insufficient. 4 months is double your first goal.
also to actually answer your question: caffeine can helpPersonal Journal (ISSA-SSC, AFAA-CGFI, SPT)

Caloric Deficit > Exercise > Supplements.
That's the right order, if you want lasting results.
If your diet & exercise are on point, you can give QUADRALEAN THERMOGENIC a try.
It is on a BOGO sale right now.
If your diet & exercise need more attention though, I would not get any supp.
It won't really do anything for your cut.
Best of luck to you.

As others have mentioned, the most important thing is your diet. Eating clean, and enough to power your workouts and allow you to reduce BF while clinging to the muscle you do have. Drink a lot of water. Get ample sleep.
If you're looking for supplemental help I've had success implementing Clean Burn from Kaged Muscle into my day - taken with your meals to help with appetite, energy and your fat loss. It's not a big kick in the pants supplement, just one you can easily work into your daily intake:
