13 days out and looking back through some comparison pictures I put together throughout prep. Here was a cool one from not too long ago that I never posted.
145 lbs at my last show VS 200ish lbs taken sometime in prep (probably around 2 months ago or so.) This is the product of progressive overload, progressive eating, and being willing to experiment and learn from my mistakes.
Jordan Peters would appreciate the difference in strength between these pictures:
Squat: low 200's to low 600's
Bench: low 100's to mid 400
Deadlift: mid 200's to 700
Get stronger. Eat intelligently. And give yourself time to grow just like Stan Efferding Austin Stout and myself talked about on our last podcast episode.

No offence, but your acne is really really bad and obviously a result of not being natural. Don't bring up lifters that aren't natural either, it's pointless. Don't bring up the reason for this transformation, when you have clear tell tale signs of not being natural. If a mod deletes my post then they should really be deleting the thread, because it's ridiculous in my opinion.

Why don't you guys just stfu and acknowledge that he has put in a ton of hard work and added 50lbs of LEAN mass which is something that none of you could even come close to even to even on gear. I mean what is it people they just see physiques of guys better then theirs then start dropping tren this clen that. Drugs or not you still have to eat right and work your ass off there are no shortcuts in this game. But regardless haters gonna hate

The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.
you can't half rep a deadlift.
you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.
there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.

You acknowledge the existence of drugs but say there are "no shortcuts in this game"? If you take 5 minutes, you can look up his vids talking about "drugs" and ones he takes and so on, and the reason people care is because he is lying. He is lying because he calls himself natural but is not and it is so obvious. Educate yourself and go to the youtube channel, and look at him discussing all different kinds of "drugs". There is no "hard work" when on drugs buddy, because the drugs are doing the work for you...it's a short cut.
A person can be on "drugs", but don't lie and say you're natural. That's why people are responding negatively.

I think it is you who needs to educate yourself my friend because that is bull **** and you know it. If that was true, anyone could just pop a few pills, do a few shots and look big and ripped but that isn't the case. Your lack of knowledge is only embarrassing yourself further. Plus where in his post or thread title did he claim natty? (besides the username). I am not here to argue over whether he is natty or not only to point out that drugs do NOT make up for lack of sensible training or diet

Yes, he claims natural on his Youtube channel and website, but is now deleted from his sig.
And yes, you can take a short cut by having a "drug" plan with different amounts of different types at different times throughout the year, and "cycling". I'm sorry to tell you how it goes, but it helps immensely and does all the work. Anyone "can" take drugs, but it's very expensive and you have to find a trusted doctor to tell you what to take and so on. It's a very specific "drug plan" that did the work. It's not simply "popping a few pills". It's an intelligent plan. Nevertheless, it's the claiming natural when not that caused negative reaction. You can look at his Youtube vids, like I said before, to learn what he takes, amounts, so on, unless he deleted those as well...same for his website. Like I said before, he can take drugs, but don't claim natural. That's 10x worse. Don't care to repeat myself for another time, so have a nice day.Last edited by Luke753; 04-25-2017 at 07:03 AM.

You've done a great job over the last 3 or 4 years Alex and have truly added 50+lbs of lean mass. I know how hard and intensively you train and have trained like that for years and that commitment and time at the frontline pays off. Good luck with the competition!

Good work. It is a persons choice to use AA's or not to help them get the strength and look they want. Gear does not magically make you a bodybuilder, you have to put work in to get results. Good work man. Keep it up, but just be smart with what you use and where you get it from.
