I'm in need of some tips for my fat loss journey. I was 184lbs at the start of march and I'm down around 177. You can see by my picture at what level of body fat I am. I eat between 1700-2100 a day and I burn from 700-200 calories extra a day. My deadline is June 15th and I just want visible decent looking muscle. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Awesome job so far on the weight loss. If you are still losing weight with those amount of calories just stick with them. Focus on weight-training 4-5 times a week and being consistent and trying to improve your lifts on a weekly basis (more weight). There are plenty of free programs on this website that are simple that will yield great results.
