Is better to do short half a mile sprint after weight training everyday or do 3 long steady cardio sessions a week? While clean bulking btw, at 11-13% bodyfat.

Yeah it depends if you're gaining weight at a good rate currently or not. If you are, don't change anything. If not, and you're gaining weight too quickly, do a bit more cardio - every day is likely excessive (maybe not though).

It really depends on you and your goals. But I suggest try them both out for yourself and see which one works best for you and see which one is getting you the results you want.
