Meal 1: 1cup of liquid egg whites, 1/2 bag of frozen broc****, 1 serving of almonds
Meal 2: 4oz tuna, 1/2 bag of frozen broc****
Meal 3: 1.5 scoops whey isolate, 2 rice cakes
Meal 4 post workout: 2 scoops whey, 1 cup sweet potatoes
Meal 5: 8oz chicken breast, 1 serving mixed veggies
Meal 6: 3 whole eggs, 1 small container of light and fit fat free Greek yogurt
My carbs and fats vary because I carb cycle. Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday are exactly what you see above. Wednesday and Friday I cut out all carb sources except for veggies and the small amounts in my fat sources and I up my healthy fats by about 30 grams with almonds, PB, and substitute tuna for lean ground beef. Thursday is high carb where I drop my fats and increase my carbs to about 200-250g.
Please let me know what you all think of this meal plan and any other suggestions you have
