Everyone is different, but id say the random boners were a high school thing. At your age id just expect regular libido. If you see something arousing then you should get a boner. But just walking around looking at trees and sh*t then probably not.

If you dont get random boners it's not a big deal. You may have lower T than average, but you really cant do anything about it. I would only worry if you cant get a boner looking at an arousing pic or something

FDA does not regulate supps. Only natural supps I have found to do anything is celery seed extract and zinc, omega 3&6 at a 3:1 ratio/fish oil/flax seed oil, magnesium and eating other fats.

Stress kills test. Make it a point to spend a small part of your day doing something/nothing whatever relaxes you. Unwind. Try not to ruminate on things during this time.

Try all this for 3 months and get back to me so we can assess the situation further

Some ppl have said it may be low T since I've had some of the symptoms for that. They've suggested lifting more and gaining muscle would naturally boost test and libido. But I've heard that If the doc tells me it's low T then I have to do trt.
