amount of protein in parts of chicken

I've been thinking about this a while and have searched this before posting.

Do different parts of chicken contain different amounts of protein? Or can I take a whole chicken, take out the bones and skin and weigh the amount of total meat and use a average protein number per gram?

Yes, because each area of the bird are more or less lean. They vary in fat. Tenders, or the rib meat, have the least fat and most protein. They are also the more tender, hence the name. Breast is second, leg is third, and thigh and wings are similar and in last place, I think.
