    Blue growth questions

    Ok so I have sleep problems. I have to wake up at 6 am for school which makes it worse. I've been using zzzquil and melatonin. When I take zzzquil it makes me act different and makes me super tired when I wake up. When I take melatonin it only works sometimes and if you take it multiple days in a row i need to get off it for a while before it works again. Also I heard antihistamines mess your gains up and zzzquil in an antihistamine. I ordered some blue growth from bodybuilding.com. I know it helps you sleep and improves sleep quality, plus it will help me gains so it's a win win. Would it be ok if I took it 5 days a week (monday-friday) and didn't do cycles and just not do it on weekends and permenetly took it? If not how long should I wait after a 60 day "dose" to start doing blue growth again?

    Are you sure that you fully understand the ingredient profile of Blue Growth? It is a great product, but it seems like your expectations will only lead you to disappointment.

    It seems that you are complicating the un-complicated. If your goal is "gains" than focus on your diet before worrying about a sleep-aid.

    I just think OP is putting a LOT of value in gains from a sleep-aid. While they can be helpful, if diet and workout are not what they need then it would negate the whole purpose of BG.

    Diet and workout definitely need to be up there with sleep quality for maximizing growth potential

    As a long time CL Blue Growth ( and Gene) user I can vouch for it’s sleep benefits( and the sex part also). It is a great supplement, next to CL Oximega Reds, my favorite.


    Two things though , I’m 50 , your 19, Growth might work for you, might not. Personally I think it might help the older guys better. Secondly, not sure how much you weigh, but I can’t really tell much difference between 3 to 5 capsules for me. Everyone is different though. I have taken Growth for years. It’s never let me down.
