I have used multiple calculators that keep saying between 1300-1600 for weight loss, 2000 to maintain. I am working on toning (been working on building a booty for vacation for the past couple months too lol). I've been eating between 1400-1700 calories a day, going to the gym 5-6 days a week. I track macros and always make sure to get my daily protien. I am 125 pounds, 5ft4in. My goal is like I said to just tone up, maybe lose 5 more pounds, and working on the button, ha. Should I be eating more or less calories? The calculators all had such a different range so it's hard to be sure

The calculators are just educated guess-o-meters to guve you a ballpark to start tracking from. Just pick one range and track for 2-3 weeks and adjust up or down as necessary to hit stay on track with your goals.
