    Deadlift - 162.5kg for 3, then 1 lower back sore from wednesday
    Flat Bench Press Pause - 81kg for 5,5,5 then 90kg for 2
    OHP - 53.5kg 5,5,5
    OHP drops sets till shoulder falling off
    Then drop set front raises

    Was good, deadlifts werent so good as lower back still sore. I will adjust to the volume eventually, gonna do 162.5 on wednesday for hopefully a 5x3. Benching was good.

    Front Squats - 60kg for 7 or so, 70kg 5, 72.5kg 5, 75kg, 5, 77.5kg 5 just
    Pause Glute Bridge - 122.5kg 3x19
    Sitting Smith Calf Raises - 100kg couple sets all out
    Shrugs - 130kg with straps 3 sets
    Armwrestlong stoof

    Was a good session, squats felt decent. Glute bridges were good, front squats are getting better. Last rep on 77.5kg was kinda hard, almost slipped. Tomorrow with squats same weight and dem benching stoof

    Flat Bench Press Pause - 81kg 5,5,5 then 90kg for 2
    Incline DB Fly - 20kg DB's 3x10 or 12
    DB Pullovers - 32.5kg 3x6
    BB Rows - 87.5kg pyramid for three set of 6 or so, and back down
    Pulldowns and the like
    Some armwrestling training

    Good good, more squats 120kg tomorrow, deload coming soon i think.

    Flat Bench Press Pause - 82kg for 5,5,5 then 90kg for 2 failed 3rd
    OHP - 55kg 5,4,4
    OHP drops sets till shoulder falling off
    Then drop set front raises

    Decent, bench going abit slow. May add benching after wednesday deads, will see.

    Not gonna track here anymore, just notable updates here and there. Honestly cbf tracking on here every single night. Gonna keep the tracking to myself and to my phone. Training everyday right now, around 20+ days so far.
