all of ProSupps stuff is really good. The Glazed Donut Isolate is freakin amazing. Vexxum is great, and the AminoLinx too. I was on the fence about the Fenumass, mostly because of the cost, so for anyone who is in the market for a Test Support supplement, I would recommend Halotropin instead.

Definitely In.
Recently used a serving of mr. hyde green apple and loved the energy.
Haven't had a good cherry limeade for such a long time. The only one I enjoyed was pump igniter, but unfortunately it got reformulated.I lift things up and put them down...

Cherry Limeade is always a great mix of flavors and Mr.Hyde was one of the first PWO to include >300mg caffeine. I remember the first time I tried watermelon...man that was a good workout! It's been a couple years since then so I'd be curious to see how I respond to it now considering most pre-workouts have > 300mg caffeine.

one big thing I would add is a dose of BCAA's. I personally found them to be very helpful pre-workout as well. there are manufacturers that put these, as well as a full dose of creatine in their formulations. mondo scoop size, but well worth the extra water, in my humble opinion. 350mg of caffeine is good for me, there's a company that does an extended release by somehow "micro-encapsulating" a portion of the caffeine so it hits you a little later on in your workout....I won't say who because they aren't here on BB.com, but that was a huge selling point for me after I tried it...

im definitely in on this! Mr. Hyde was one of the first "high energy" Pre's i ever used and i loved it. since then ive probably tried 100s of other products but very few few have come close to the raw power and effectiveness of Mr. Hyde.
this new Cherry Limeade flavor sounds really nice. id enjoy reviewing it and sharing my honest thoughts with everyone. to be chosen as a Mr. Hyde winner would certainly put a "monstrous" smile on my face....
thanks!!
as far as what i look for in a Pre, first and foremost i want it too be well balanced. too many times ive seen products go overboard with the stims and neglect the other aspects that make up a great Pre-wo.
i love a great pump and laser focus so naturally some of my favorite ingredients would include.. Citrulline Malate, Agmatine Sulfate, Choline Bitartrate and HordineLast edited by daveherr13; 04-13-2017 at 09:12 AM.

Hmm that's definitely a loaded question. I would say I want different pre-workout formulas depending on my type of workout and the state of my body and mind before that workout. I would say there are some basic ingredients that I generally think should be in a pre-workout like beta-alanine, caffeine, and citrulline. However, even beta-alanine and citrulline can be negotiable depending on the other ingredients in the pre-workout. So this isn't really a concrete answer, but I like formulas that prioritize acute acting, high-quality ingredients and doses them effectively and transparently. Additionally, I like formula that prioritize enhancing muscle pumps and activating the CNS for intense activity.

Caffeine/taurine, arginine, niacin, (BCAAs would be a nice touch), citrulline, Beta alanine, bitter orange or synephrine, creatine, some carbs, agmatine, B-Vitamins, probably some Vitamin D (some studies show an increase in testosterone from higher doses of Vitamin D)... flavor is also a big plus for me... I actually like to enjoy my supplements instead of just chugging them. So I love when I find a supplement with a great flavor!

i look for a profile that will provide a nice balance of energy, endurance, pumps and focus. i dont want any one facet overpowering all the others.
an abbreviated list of ingredients of choice would include....Caffeine, Citrulline Malate, Agmatine Sulfate, Creatine, Beta-Alanine, Choline Bitartrate and NootropicsMuscleTech Supporter

Not entering, but in to support a great pre-W/O, Hyde is legit.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

I'm big on energy and focus cause I train first thing in the a.m. on an empty stomach and getting
a pump from a PW is good but honestly energy and focus are my main concerns cause I can add
ingredients that I have in bulk for the pump but if I were to put together a PW it might look something
like this.
1- 200mg caffeine
2- 100mg of a time released caffeine
3- 100mg of Teacrine (Just reviewed it and found this to be very effective even at 50mg)
4- 50mg Theobroma
5-2mg Rauwolscine
6- 300mg Alpha GPC
7-150 mcg Huperzine A
8- 30mg Vinpocetine
9-4 gm L-Citrulline
10- 1000mg Agmatine Sulfate
