Mock Meet
Squat 160-170 Fail
Issues: feet uneven, poor rotation, weak back strength, week glutes, bar uneven on back elbows uneven, knocked pin.
Need to push against Bar with back, extra mobility work, be more careful with getting aligned correctly.
Bench 90-95 Fail
Issues: Dunno no video
Deadlift 170-185-190 Fail
Issues: Lost positioning on 170, second attempt to heavy I was fatigued for 3rd attempt.
