I got some deity deftrap composite flat pedals and they are incredible.
This is the first concave flat pedal I've ever used and can't believe how much better it is. I'm 100% getting the deity t-macs as my next pedal.

Remember this f'kr? I'm back bitches. Just going to post in here in this thread to keep it alive on a dying gay Indian forum. Though maybe not a whole lot after this as I severely injured myself. Completely ripped out my Achilles Tendon from my ankle bone. Took bone fragments with it. Surgeon cleaned out the bone fragments then had to attach the tendon back to the ankle with anchors. 8 weeks before I can even WALK on it.
Tore it 2 days (50-year trail) before the 24hour mountain bike race in Tucson. Still raced including the LeMans running start because I'm not a pu$$y. Was able to race 4 laps (65miles) in the desert with one leg including the rock drop and hitting the kicker all 4 times.
Ran clipped in on my good foot, and ran flats on the ripped foot. Didn't come in last. My team took a total of 6 laps (I ran 4, my brother ran 2. LOL!).
Also.. no longer NEET lifestyle. Got a full-time job as a bike mechanic at a local bike shop in the valley. I'm using a leg crutch. I can walk hands-free including lifting and wrenching.
Hawes - Mine Trail (before the injury)
SoMo West National Trail
Riding with Trail Bunnies because I'm a stud
Taken 2 days ago. Lost some upper body mass since my last break of my collarbone.
8 weeks before I can even WALK on it.
Stitches (WARNING: GROSS)
Spoiler!I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.

Christ brah. You've had far more serious injuries in a year than I've had in over 20 years of very serious riding. Also, your idea of racing with a truly fuked up leg is not ideal.
You need to lift off the gas a bit. Ded fukin SRS. This path you're on isn't sustainable.Spoiler alert; you die at the end.

YOLO, breh. Go hard or go home.
Honestly, I'm either addicted to pain, or I just don't feel it.
Also why I workout until true failure. There is no pain, no exhaustion, I just go until I simply cannot lift weight anymore. Then I count to 10, and squeeze out a few more reps, then rest 3 minutes until next set.
Pic above is me cold. Just started working out again with a gimp leg, and somewhat healed collarbone. Started riding hard exactly 2 weeks after breaking my collarbone. Subtle brag, but I turn 52 this month.
Gonna get jacked AF until I can ride again.I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.

Back on the bike, bitches.
First post-surgery ride. Still in a hard cast.
7 miles around San Tan Regional park. Only fell once... on my good side and back. Unfortunately, fell off the trail, and landed in cactus and sticker bush. Back and arms covered in needles. HAHAHA! yeah, funny. Pain is funny.

I do a couple weekly rides with a big group and been a lot of flats on rides lately and them emergency mini hand pumps are not the solution & would need a pocketfull of C02s
so making a new kit for these specific rides
crazy how many people ride 20+ miles with absolutely zero tools not even a pocket multi toolChina is asshoe !!!

Day off, 2nd ride with cast. Riding one foot clipped in, pedal removed on the other side. Didn't fall over this time.
Even pedaling with one foot, was able to pass 2 riders on eBikes. LOL. Going downhill though. Uphill, forget it.
Then went to the gym.

No lie, if you're using roadie tubes, buy the tubes with removable valve cores, and shoot 1 oz of STANS sealant into the tube.
Even at 100 psi, the Stan's will stop the tube from losing air.
Using Stan's has saved me from so many flat tires I have lost count.
Stans says it only works up to like 40 psi, but that is incorrect... 100 psi it works perfect.
My current front tube has had maybe 6 holes in it, but all sealed themselves and im still using that tube.Spoiler alert; you die at the end.
