    R1pps Gettin Ripped ~ Fatloss Engaged

    Times up! I am at my deadline to start a cut for a summer trip to the beach> cant do with the sloppy look I have right meow.
    For now I will start to follow a IF protocol including many enhancement items to optimize fat loss. Being a Finaflex rep you can expect to see some of our great supplements discussed here but primarily I will be focusing on the workouts.

    Back story is short.. Came off a bulking phase in sept... cold turkey... I havnt lifted since mid October do to some RL issues and just a need for a good old rest!
    nagging joints and reoccurring injuries had gotten the best of me!

    As of today I will begin the journey back to shredsville and try to gain back some of my size. my skin is kinda loose in the arms and I have put a bit of fat on my lower chest giving me nice set of DDs and a spare tire. yuk~

    Beginning Stats:
    214 lbs
    22-24%.. (no measurement needed, been here before)
    5'-10"

    Goal Stats:
    190 lbs
    10-12%
    6'-4" (goat goal)

    SO, lets begin shall we?

    so loaded tonights lift out sesh with some Dr Dre on Pandora. slammed a stimul8 muscle and a stimul8 pumped pre lift. this has me spun up pretty good.
    I forgot I took a PX ultra this afternoon (about an hour before)!! that's just too much stim after that kind of break! DONT TRY THIS AT HOME KIDDIES

    so, to get back into it with out killing myself too bad, I did a super light complex style session.

    SS#1 performed 3 rounds after a warm up.
    bench press
    lunges
    side laterals
    bicep curls

    SS#2 performed 3 times after warm ups
    BB squats
    DB incline press
    concentration curls

    this session lasted about 45 mins all no rest .. food for today, small portion of chicken/shrimp lo mien (fresh local) and a cup of white rice. whey with whole milk. bowl of rice crispys with whey.
    this will be close to 1500 cals which is quite low but I want to strip a little bloat on the front end.. I will eat moar when im hungry.

    I'm in too... this has me MOST interested. I was going to wait another month to start less heavy lifting and more fat burning, but this might motivate me to get started a little earlier.

    welcome along fellas.. I will be doing some pics indeed.

    Stimul8 / stimul8 muscle/ and stimul8 Pump are all clean, and as far as im aware there isn't any known issues with false negatives and such, but as with any supplements its important to check out the ingredients list and make sure to cross reference it with your sports sanctioning authorities!

    all Finflex raw materials/products are 3rd party tested.

    Day 3:
    turned out getting a bit sore (imagine that) so I have felt a little extra motivation.. its a feeling those of us who love the iron know all too well. I was supprised I missed being sore so much!
    onto tonights barbell complex.

    no rest, sets start @ 6 reps going up a rep for each different exercise so one complex is 6,7,8,9,10 reps
    complex layout:
    Standing bb military =6
    Front squats =7
    Bent BB rows =8
    dead lifts =9
    Back squats =10
    Repeat as many times in 20 as possible.

    I completed 5 full rounds in 20 mins. (I want to be perfectly clr, this was with my 65 lb. bar and no added weights).

    moved onto some ab work.

    leg lifts off a bench 3x30-40 second holds (no added weights)
    ss with
    crunches 3x15

    I wanted to add, I have been off my TRT and all supplements during my off time. so my system is really getting rocked by the Stimul8 muscle/pump combo. my only problem with this combo is the flavor. while it is deliscous, it gives me a bit of heart burn. that's not a problem now but as I introduce certain oral supplements it will get worse and I may not be able to stick with the new stim8Muscle. hopefully finaflex gets a new flavor out soon.

    supplementation looked like this:

    1 PX ultra and 3 cups of joe before. 1 scoop of active aminos, expectorant, t2 during. I will likely be doing some more complex work this afternoon and will take the stim8 muscle and pump combo.

    Ended up skipping any extra work yesterday, as my back and legs were still quite sore.. don't want to push too hard out of the gate. im trying to avoid any setbacks.
    Day 5:
    morning workout bb complex. (pyramid style, no rest between exercises, 2 mins rests between each round) 5 reps x 5 sets each
    2 warm ups dedicated warm ups with the same 65lbs bar then added 10lbs each round

    Romanian Dead lifts with a jump | 65 | 75 | 85| 95| 105 lbs
    Bent Rows
    Standing military presses
    front squats

    im planning for either a cardio session or a real lift session for this afternoon. I don't feel sore today and I would like to give my chest and arms some direct work.

    BB Strait culrs 3x10 65lbs

    Used same preworkout combo... added max pump ... got a huge pump but suffered the heart burn again~

    Goal met. actually almost failed on the last set of back squats... it feels good to get that blood flowing ... this was a hard work out considering how light it was..
    used stim8 muscle and pump combo .. no added max pump. I will begin topical fatburners in 2 weeks.

    Day 10:

    lifted chest and bis tonight. Got a nasty pump that's stayed with me now for a couple hours. when I add the max pump to my pre work out regimen, it really takes things to another level. Ouch!!

    this pump was so severe I had to quit.. I know "cough up my man card", but I kid u not it was so bad I couldn't control the dumb bells at all!

    it all started innocent enough...
    warmed up with light cardio for 5-10 mins... wasn't watching the clock
    Super set A
    DB incline press pyramid up from 20's
    20'sx10, 30'sx10, 40'sx10, 50'sx10, 60'sx10

    Standing DB curls with strict supination and pause at the mid-upper portion of the lift..
    20's 3x10

    Super set B
    Flat DB flyes
    20's 3x10 (the congestion and pump was so severe I could barely come down past 3/4 of the rep)

    Standing BB curls
    65x10, 75x10, 75x10 (at this point I couldn't straiten my arms and it was painful to carry the dumbbells to the bench!!)

    Super set C??
    Hammer curls
    20's 3x10

    close grip push ups
    BW 1x10..... could no longer push, bend, or lift sh!7 .. called it.

    2 hrs later and I can not straiten my arms or lift them in front of or to the side of me. still pumped.

    morning cardio= 20 mins on the cybex X-trainer average HBPM 135

    notes: chest is tight and the arms are slightly bent today. crammed a lot of calories in last night. had 2 scoops of protein/ chicken parm sub/ buffalo chicken / and a 3 tacos.

    this mornings supplementation was : 3 cups of joe and 1 PX ultra / expectorant / t2 / OTC ai

    Day 13:
    Back to the grind. I install cabinets for a living so work is very demanding. I was tired from this weekend, as I packed a lot of stuff into the last two days. Felt like I was draggin a$$ all day long.

    Really had to rely on my preworkout combo to get me going for tonights barbell complex. Something to note from tonights lift sesh, was that I got a nice pump in my upper lats and shoulders. This is a first for this kind of work out for me, maybe because im starting to get to the point in weights, where its actually fairly hard towards the end.

    I almost got 7 rounds tonight, with another 10 lbs on the bar. legs felt like they coulda kept going but my upper body was struggling to hold onto the bar and control the weights. One thing I hadn't given a lot of stock to until tonight is the physical cost on the transition from deads to back squats. first I have to clean the bar, then press the bar, then lower it behind my head to rest on my back. I could really feel this tiring me out each consecutive set tonight.

    6 rounds @ 95lbs in 20 mins.

    notes: I plan to leave the weight the same for the next sesh. will go up another round to 7 total at least with the same weight as today.

    Day 15:

    completed 7 full rounds of the same bb-complex with the same weight as last time~ almost could have went for 8 but my knee was getting a bit mad ( I kinda had some piss pore form on the first set of front squats).

    not much else to report.. there was not a severe pump this time, but I did have much better endurance.

    change in supplemental program; will be dropping the expectorant and for the next 2 weeks, while I am away on business. don't want too hard of a time taking and using supps while on the road. I will be taking my PX ultra and feeding my plants some 2,4D once I return, the old regimen will be put back in place. I took a picture of myself today showing how fat Ive gotten. hopefully there will be enough staying power to reach my goal of 10-12% bf. I think I may still be around 20-25 % even though I can see veins starting to surface in my arms. I just look sh!77y cause of how I hold my bf.. lower chest and lower back. anyhow I realize I have a long road ahead of me~

    Day 16: going to do morning cardio before I leave town. I will be taking my set of power blocks with me to my destination. this will afford me the ability to stay on point with my lifts.

    Morning cardio was 20 mins on a crosstrainer
    After noon session was 20 mins on a elliptical combined with standing dB militaries 50's down to 40's combined with dB dead lifts. 50's for 6 sets of 10 no rest.. not allot of work done but I drove for 9 hours and was beat .

    Did 12 mins on treadmill at 3.4 with random hills then 15 mins on elliptical random setting

    Drive nine hours again on this day to reach my destination. Did not get an evening sesh in.

    Day 18:

    Got up and went to a local gym here in Grand junction Colorado. Payed for the week so I have full access while I am here.

    So this morning I hopped on a cybex xtrainer and did 10 mins. It was kinda rough...so I said fuk it and decided to work on bb complexs since I didn't get a very good complex in yesterday or the day before that..

    That's where things went south! I managed to do 5 full rounds with 100lbs which my goal was 7... but I was at 5 with in 10 mins so I was looking good time wise ..

    That's when it hit me...kinda like a 2 ton heavy thing.... I started gasping for air and it was weird Like I needed to puke
    My heart was racing and pounding!! I had to throw in the towel. I quietly cleaned up my squat rack and gathered my stuff to leave . That was 12 hours ago.
    I finally just caught my breath!!!

    Turns out I got elevation sickness!! I live at almost sea level..here is like 5000 get above.
    I never had anything like that before I'm guessing cause I always liveds in Mountain states until the last 8 or so years.. WOW

    I'm totally going again in the morning..wishing now I would have brought my expectorant!

    I felt much better today...I Probably got about 50% more air in today. I was able to run 10 mins on the x trainer.. followed that up with 5 rounds of my second bb complex.
