    Post Modifying the viking bare bone program

    I am running the 4 day upper/lower body split, but i go to the gym 4 consecutive days in a row from Monday to Thursday. Upper day is Monday and Wednesday, but I feel like my chest doesn't have enough recovery time from Monday's workout to Wednesday's. Can anyone recommend me some modifications of the program so i get enough recovery(i need 2 chest days in a week, because my chest is lacking)
