Im not sure what % my avi is - the lighting helps. I would imagine it's somewhere between 9-11%. My chest/love handles were still full of fat when I snapped the pic.
I'm about 3lbs of fat heavier than the avi though. 3lbs of stubborn fat..

I've had better results cutting on higher calories. this 800-1000 calorie thing might give your organs more rest time (compared to digesting 2500 cals per day) but in conjunction with working out the lethargy is too much

    2440 calories
    68 g fat

Is it true that the body gets rid of stored glycogen first?
So if i were to eat 200g of carbs, i'd stop losing fat for a day of two till i get depleted again?

Liver stores are totally depleted after a 24 hr fast but lipolysis is also very high so the body is tapping into both, muscle stores are spared by the body so you could better chase down your next meal back in our caveman days.

Yes I believe so because it takes less work for the body to use that stored glycogen than say fat stores. At least, that's my understanding (which could be wrong)

honestly casein is probably a great option for psmf.

I wasn't saying he didn't know what he was doing. I was just questioning how much fat was in them because most almond/soy milks have fat to them. I'll pick up a casein to use when I do this.

I'm not saying that you can't lose fat on a high carb diet. As we all know, as long as you're in a deficit you'll lose weight. I was referencing the question about stored glycogen being used up first and then fat stores once gone as that's how I understand it.

My point when making the glycogen comment was that you really won't see the effects of PSMF until you are depleted.

If someone starts PSMF the day after a binge, he would feel fine until about day 3. But if that person started PSMF after a week of cutting, he would feel like **** after the first day.

Which I agree with. Not sure why we're getting wires crossed here but it's cool!

I wanted to make sure I didn't go too far over 50g of fat. I ate all of it anyway lol. There's no room for cupcakes in my gut, don't think there will be for the rest of the day either.

I would neglect cardio.. you are already depleted and in a huge deficit. It would impact recovery IMO.

Better to just LDAR and let the deficit do the hard work lol

Afternoon everyone day 3 here and I'm at 181, a little less, a little under. I'm down 7lbs. I posted a before pick but it didn't emb. I'll post before and after on the 20th of may which is the morning of my refeed. Can't lie, I may not plan this refeed accordingly, will probably turn into a cheat day, though I will be eating tony romas.
