    Mid-section looks fine, but could concentrate on more core work to add more depth. As for chest, mine was concave when I started.

    Tried having sex this morning, I only had about 3 minutes in the tank. Naturally the lower calories and lower fat kills the libido. I plan to refeed(nothing crazy) today, and then try again tonight.

    Had protein pancakes and 99% fat free turkey sausage for lunch/brunch. Gonna hold out until later so I can indulge a bit.
    12 oz sirloin
    3/4 cup mashed garlic cauliflower topped with a little bit of fat free cheese

    Think I'll be over my fats and carbs by just a few grams but I haven't had a steak in weeks. Sirloin is one of the leanest and I'll trim an extra fat off. Will take pictures.

    Edit- ended up having New York strip as it was on sale. Trimmed all the outer fat. Still ended up about 10grams over. Gonna take a few more times before I master the smashed cauliflower. It wasn't bad but it could've been better. scoop or two of protein powered before bed will do the trick.

    Day 7, 179.4 again, I'd be pissed but some tandoori chicken set me off and I ate some popcorn, chips, and some other things and had sex twice last night. Really didn't want to do that but now idc.

    I'm hit leg day for the entire duration today and try to step around at work a bit more. 32 in waist, will measure and take a pic sat morning.

    I can see tandoori chicken being a staple. Huge chucks of seasoned chicken with onions and green peppers, hnnnnnng. It's like we almost had the same day yesterday lol.

    1 Scoop whey
    1/2 cup egg whites
    Some baking powder
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    Spray

    After a little blending, it makes for some awesome tasting pancakes.

    That sounds ridiculously good with the veggies u mentioned. The place I went to serves only the chicken.2 legs and 2 breasts is what they give you.

    Day one:



    Weighed in at 172.4lbs on Friday night. Been cutting at 1,900 calories for the last 6 weeks so this shouldn't be too bad.... had egg whites with crab meat, fat free mozzarella and spinach for breakfast. Ate a half a pound of ground turkey for lunch and haven't felt hungry since. Did a double whey shake to up my protein numbers. Ended up at 190g of protein and 980ish calories. Tomorrow is day two... going to run this for 10-12 days like the handbook says and then refeed. Maybe if I'm not losing my mind I'll stick with it longer. Will be transitioning to maintenance once it's done for at least a week or two when done for sanity purposes but I could always change that plan... so here we go!

    Also talked my younger brother and mother into it. They are category 2 and 3 respectively. It's going to be interesting to see how this goes for my mother and will update. She's 5' 5" and over 205lbs so she's got a bunch to lose. Will also update on her changes (if anyone cares)

    What did you weigh this morning? Did you go diet break over the weekend or did you Stay at 1900. I went diet break on sun and mon prior my beginning. The weight ensued over the next couple of days was satisfying and I dropped to a lower weight prior to what I was before my little break.

    You guys really think natural bodybuilders would do like 5 months of cutting prep for a show if this PSMF **** was in any way long term sustainable or beneficial?

    There are no shortcuts, all you guys are doing is glycogen and water depletion and screwing with your metabolism.

    You guys really think natural bodybuilders would do like 5 months of cutting prep for a show if this PSMF **** was in any way long term sustainable or beneficial?

    There are no shortcuts, all you guys are doing is glycogen and water depletion and screwing with your metabolism.

    2. You will not damage your metabolism by short term extreme diets
    3. A PSMF increases the size of the deficit which means more fat lost

    Each batch I make is enough for two servings and I normally eat both with 4-8oz of fat free turkey sausage. I forgot to add 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese to the ingredient list.

    Breakfast was broc****, 1/2 lb of shrimp, 230g of egg whites and fat free mozzarella. Not feeling too bad. Definitely have the cravings for some carbs though haha.

    I made it. Grab a pound of 99% fat free turkey and combine it with some spices salt and pepper and you're golden. I'll find it and send it to you.

    start skipping breakfast bruh, it's way easier.

    After not eating until 1pm, it's easy mode for me, i am usually hungry in the mornings and if i eat, then i'm hungry all day.
    But if i don't eat, I stop being hungry And after training, my appetite vanishes. Then i eat loads of egg whites, chicken, vegs and prots in the evening hnnng.

    It's still hard for me to fall asleep though. Maybe caffeine is affecting me more now

    Much appreciated. Yesterday wasn't too bad, after I ate the half pound of turkey I felt full until the evening. Had to drink that double protein shake to get my protein up higher. I did note I had a little trouble sleeping last night. Nothing too bad but noticeable non the less. I also have a slight head ache as of right now but I'm downing water/bcaa

    I'm already thinking ahead to when I'm done. Can't decide on what to eat... thinking mashed potatoes and some spare ribs.

    I can't do it. I'm not skipping breakfast. I would rather eat a gigantic breakfast and ride it out, then not eat until the afternoon. I just have to get something in my stomach when I wake up.
