How does your libido gets affected with this? Want to try this so bad but at the same time i dont want to cuck myself with my GF nomsayin?
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

IF gives you TONS of energy.
The eat less move more method does NOT work. If it did, everyone in america would have a six pack.
Funny those who put down IF are those who have never done it. Cut your calories? Guess what buddy? Your body in kind burns less calories. Your energy levels drop. You wind up losing nothing or very slow fat loss.
Insulin is what's important - not calories.

I don't know if I'd say "tons" of energy, but I can make it through my workout (and still lift longer and more than most) after a day of fasting just fine.
In any event, I think he's referring to his mental state? Which does take a beating at first but settles down after about 5 days or so.
This is to be expected as you body switches over to burning complex fat molecules instead of easy to breakdown carbs. Once you adjust, you should feel normal again. What libido? But that's a good thing, it will keep you out of trouble. As for homegirl, at least she will be able to say you look good.🎥

Everyone should know their own body whose been in the game for a while. Thats crazy that you can't go under 1,700. I've had 500 like Krane or even less for days and it has no effect on my mental capacity.
Yeah, I didn't even drink coke before this diet, but I started drinking diet coke as it is a thing to look forward to at the end of every evening
Post some better pics, these are terrible for guessing your bodyfat.Last edited by cosm0; 12-01-2017 at 02:32 PM.

Tempted to throw in the hat on this diet.
Constipation and bloating is hitting me pretty hard. If it continues I'll have to call it a wrap.
I never would have guessed that would cause me to quit. I thought for sure low energy would be the worst part but it's been basically unnoticeable to be honest.
Wish me luck bros

Try out plant based protein. I bought it as a last resort to add into my diet. There's little fats, very minuscule amounts of carbs and pretty high protein. I was able to chit after starting the plant-based protein. Not on PSMF anymore but just speaking from my prior run experience. I can poop normally now so look forward to that ;-D

Hmm? Youre cat 2 arent you? I would carefully choose my free meal, so that it contains a very good source of fibre, thats sure to get your bowels going. And your refeed day, good selection of foods would help as well.
https://www.webmd.com/diet/features/...urces-of-fiber
For your free meal just choose something from here, and make your macros for the food 60-80g of carbs. I like having 2 wholehweat bagels for my free meal, I know Lyle often had bagels for his free meal as well and it always helps out my bowels. Other than that if youre still struggling guess theres not much you can do.Healthcare Crew

First, broc and second, cauliflower. These are my two main fibrous staples in that order. After that, I throw in some spinach.
Of course digestive systems differ but it worked great for me. Just don't expect an instantaneous fix. These things take time.🎥

Alright, starting tomorrow it's gonna be my second run of PSMF.
I am literally addicted to this diet. It seems like the only way to go when cutting lol. Stay tuned for the before/afters. Hopefully I'll be able to get under 10% this time around.
Got inspired by all the brahs giving this a try, so I'll suffer with ya'll!

This is exactly the point I get to every single time I cut and I always end up spinning my wheels by bulking again. I know for -sure- if I start slow bulking now I'll end up a fat lard like I was back when I was bulking a few months ago (that was a 5ish month long dreamerbulk already)
I've got the muscle mass, so I'm not the skinnyfat kids who're cutting to get abs. I got two junior mens physique shows in March/April and need to get shredded for the first time in my life early so I can maintain it and go compete stress-free.

I know alot of the nutriton experts over in other sections of the forum, would be very against you doing PSMF (at your age), not to mention twice in short a short time span AND at low bodyfat but do what you gotta do bro.

Let not get too ahead of ourselves. Getting down to single digits naturally (with some hint of musculature) is the toughest challenge in bb. I'm working on it too, even as we speak.
One more thing, last one to single digit % fat is a rotten egg. Let the man do his thing. He dare challenge me and now I must break him.
jk.
Good luck on diet.🎥

I doubt a lack of fiber is the issue, or hydration. I have tricky bowels as it is and any time I cut I become irregular until I resume a more normal diet.
Thanks for the tips. I will try the refeed method.
I eat loads of cruciferous vegetables. I'm starting to think I need to switch to different veggies.
This diet works so well im going to try to stick it out. Thanks again for you help krane!
