Well you did ask the question. Anyway, strict is strict so I suppose the above would be preferred with the intent of hitting the last bit of fat. I suppose I'm just not at that point yet.
Just keep in mind that with that caloric restriction the supplementation protocol would definitely be something you need to make a priority.🎥

Well brahs, I decided I'm going to give PSMF a shot. Originally I wasn't going to do it, but phuck it... I have a couple more weeks of classes than I'll do this for 2 weeks or so. I'm a category 1
I'm almost finished reading Lyle McDonald's book, so I know what to do for the most part. But do any of you guys have any extra tips? Any recipes?

No.
Just stating an opinion that fast cutting > slow cutting, provided it is done right.
Many are under the impression that slow cutting guarantees muscle retention, which is false. You can lose tons of muscle cutting slowly, if you're doing it wrong.
At the end of the day it comes down to preference.

That's because your image of shredded has been tainted by the enhanced athlete. In "real" life these are very good (if not remarkable) natural results. In any event, stay tuned, the series is not over yet.

Its settled then. Refer to
Jammer02xd. He's the "PSMF Brah!" I think we're about in the same category. But I have the added disadvantage of old-age spread belly fat that holds on for dear life. Fight this fellows while you still have time.
Anyway, this diet is continuing to have an effect on me but slowly. But such is the life of a natty.
Meanwhile, looks like I may have to amend the end date from July and go the entire summer. At my present rate of progress, that seems more likely. Not sure how long it will continue to work but I can still see subtle changes -- those new veins that appear.
This diet goal was to be my pièce de résistance to determine my absolute natty limit. Since I've come this far, may as well go for broke.🎥
