Bros who are doing it gotta check in every few days with a progress report. I'm gunna be doing long daily fasts as well because counter intuitively they help with hunger/cravings and also you get to eat a bigger meal close-ish to bed time which helps sleep.**MFC**

C'mon *******s it's time to get shredded for the summer. Most of us could use 2 good weeks of this shiet and then go back to a normal -500 or -1000 deficit.
Another question. Are there any cheat days or cheat meals. I'm thinking of doing 1 cheat day of maintenance calories with a ton of fat and carbs and bringing my protein to .8g for the day. I need some rules bro otherwise I might get lenient.Manchester United

I've used it a few times but I save it for the end of my cut. Those last few lbs are always difficult and it gets me to my goal. I keep my intake between 850-900 calories with a weekly refeed. I run if for the final 2-3 weeks and I feel great.
Maybe it's different for female's because I never lose any strength during a cut. I don't do much in terms of cardio either and I think that makes a huge difference when it comes to keeping strength.
Good luck!National Level Competitor (Female BB)

freaking sucks. so little energy and feel like utter crap. can't wait til the end.
and i'm in a high stress boring occupation: IT. so it's torture sitting in my chair all day. no wonder most IT folks are overweight. it's hard to cut.Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto combined with 16/8 IF. It'll create easy calorie deficit. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

if you do this you need to stay very diciplined on the recomp, i went HAM after getting super cut and then gained a bunch back in like 5 days srs. I wouldnt do the 1k carbs that lyle reccomends.
Another tip is EC stacks, and sugar free jello (life saver)Last edited by Bentley41; 04-05-2017 at 04:23 PM.

Who's doing this betch with me starting tomorrow?
Going to do this shiet for 10 days and see how I feel, how shredded I get, and if I can keep going. I fast until 6-7pm everyday anyways so hunger shouldn't be a problem. Still kinda scared because there's not much info to go itt and tbh I've read very little from this kind of diet before. Only reason I'm doing it is because of the little I've read it has all been success stories soo there's that plus I've done something similar in the past and it worked.Manchester United
