    Finishing up day 3...hopped in as a Cat 2 dieter. Down from 200 to 194. Hunger/headache was bad on day 2, but added some salt with potassium and felt great today.

    Wasn't hungry much today and had a good lift after work. Going to do 2 weeks of PSMF then add fats to get to a more reasonable deficit level and ride keto for a few more weeks before reintegrating carbs regularly.

    I remember that time a few years ago when I did this, was the first and only time I got down to a legit 9% bf, I remember every morning in the shower pinching my lower abs and I could tell the difference literally each morning.

    This thread isnt as active as I'd hoped.

    Anyways, day 4 for me. Hunger is reaally starting to kick in, but it doesn't bother me. I'm surprised it's this easy to stick to the diet without any EC or supps. I am at the point where all that's left is the stubborn fat.

    No issues surprisingly, despite being cat 1 - have my second workout tomorrow so will see if there is any strength loss yet.

    Excited to see where the next 8 days gets me.

    As a side note, my masseters are becoming more and more visible when I clench.. will be interesting to see how they look in 8 days.

    Day 14 for me. Switched over to cat-1 diet plan and will see where things go. I definitely see me going the full six week to achieve what I want and even then I'll have to slow bulk and do psmf again to be near my goal weight and look. At what BF do you visibly see your abs flexed and unflexed, generally speaking?

    Day 11. Gave blood yesterday and it went better than expected, I had only had about 500 calories when I gave and I felt fine after. Did my cheat meal (baked sweet potato slices with cinnamon FTW) and feel great today, but I've picked up a cold from my wife.
    So far I've only done one full-body workout, if I'm feeling okay this weekend I'll try 2 workouts maybe (upper lower, my usual). We'll see.
    Hoping to post pic next week, I've only lost 4.5 lbs but I look leaner than I did, for sure.

    9th day on psmf tomorrow, although i had 1.8k cals and 155 carbs on monday because i wanted some oats and rice.

    I'll jump ITT on Monday. I've been lurking and ran PSMF last week. I was originally going to run it until this weekend for a high school reunion and Mother's day, but I really want to see what a full unhinderd 2 weeks would do. If anything, I'll have indulged my curiosity.

    I'm eating at a moderate deficit this week with a couple of slight surplus days to help restore any metabolic slow down, and then grind through hell after my festivities this weekend. Work hard dudes.

    I think it's my face leaning out.. holy fuk. Guess thats what happens when you start depleting glycogen at 11% bodyfat

    Can someone whos eating 225+ grams of protein a day on this give me an idea of what you're eating? I sat down and figured out a day... it's pretty ****ing ridiculous how much meat I'd have to eat! Are you guys supplementing with a ton of protein shakes or what?
