Hey everyone.
Im 20 weighing 160 at 6'0, pretty skinny.
Been going to the gym for about 5 months now just kind of splitting things up. Due to work schedule i have to figure out a 4 day routine.
Im trying to figure out a 4 day routine im only free Monday to Thursday.
How should i plan it, thanks for the help!
