For all the guys out there..... Don't get it twisted... This protein is not just for woman. Protein is protein, there is nothing that makes one protein powder better for women rather then men.
Full disclosure, I use this protein powder 80% of the time. It's my go to number 1 protein! Reason being -- It's all natural, and I try my best to avoid all artificial colorings, sweeteners, and flavorings, and one more time, 100% NATURAL!! Which is not always easy to find in the whey protein market.
Look forward to seeing new entries and giving away a tone of great sample protein packets!!▬▬۩ LABRADA NUTRITION REP ۩▬▬

Cutting to lose approximately 20 pounds of fat before summer, so I can then maintain and continue my powerlifting training. Protein is super important, have to make sure I am getting enough so I don't lose muscle!
As far as an activity goal, I don't really have one. I've done all the races I think I'll ever want to. I haven't yet competed in powerlifting, but that's not happening this summer. I also want to tackle some hikes I haven't been able to do in my area yet. I've been turned away by snow or lightning every time I've tried to hike Mono Pass North and I've been trying to finish that pain train for 5 years! I'd like to get to Iva Bell springs, but need to get my dogs outfitted first The Deer Lakes loop would be another one that I haven't done yet. Would love to take my Hubs on the 1000 Island Lake trail coming back on the John Muir Trail - it's gorgeous! I am NOT doing Whitney again though - not gonna happen LOLTeam Ogre Mascot

My wife's current protein of choice was discontinued. We already know that the Lean Body MRP is delicious. Do you think Lean Body for Her has what it takes to be her new favorite? My personal goal is to lose about 15 more lbs and get back to where I was last summer but with bigger muskles (current avi pic).
BTW, let me puff up my chest with this picture of her from the current Good Housekeeping

I want to drop 12lbs and get back under 220.
I am working around numerous injuries and have had to split lifting into shorter sessions with cardio every day. I like vanilla.
My wife wants to podium Spartan Women's Elite Masters again and finish top 150 women (she was close last year). She works out like a beast. She likes chocolate.
So we wouldn't argue about who gets which protein.
Thanks

nice Promo! big fan of Labrada and their products.
ive had a love/hate relationship with Pullups for over 6 years now. when i first decided to get into better shape it was all i could do just to hang on the bar for a few seconds. it became a goal (and almost an obsession) to do a SINGLE hanging rep. i bought a doorway pullup bar and kept trying and trying. the first time i got my chin over the bar it was such a proud feeling...one ill never forget!
im now able to do 4 solid, clean reps and keep trying to add to that. it may not sound like much but to me it is. this summer ill keep trying to get leaner and stronger and perhaps ill be able to add another rep to my Pullups!"I Support MuscleTech"

Well, depends if we mean goals to reach by summer or goals to work on during summer. I'm in the middle of a 13 week challenge for myself that is pre-summer as it ends June 1, which includes a couple fitness/diet goals. Out of the 13 things I'm working towards by summer that includes getting my bodyweight to 125 or under (125 is top of the healthy weight range for my height). I'm also going through Ed Coan's 10 week cycle. Want to finally get that 2xbw deadlift. My current max is 255 so I'm very close but not quite there yet.
During summer goals aren't planned yet. After the 13 week cut, I'll take a tiny break and maybe do a food challenge or something then either cut or maintain. And more lifting. I need to find a powerlifting meet to compete in as would like to get in at least one this year. I'm sure will have more once summer is here though many will be non-fitness. Always have novels to write and stuff to do.Gym Max: 229/126/305

I plan to get my diet on point and keep body fat under control while gaining muscle and strength. I will hit 315 on bench, 400 on squat and be a beast by the time winter finally comes.... And will be the best workout partner for my wife that I can be. I am proud of her for making changes and lifting along side me for last 4 months. I would let her have this protein. She would love it.
