is it just me or have people STOPPED reading labels!? I've been watching the Supplement review forum for a few weeks now and it boggles my mind as to how you can take something, or attempt to take something, and not bother to read what you're putting in you. and look, I'm not the expert here, but for crying-out-loud....what happened?
and another thing- what's with not reading the rules and asking about how a questionable supplement you are about to take will work?
