    need help with cutting !

    i weight 103 kg. and have body at percent of 35
    my bmr is 1825
    can anyone help me how many calories i should consume to cut ?
    and how much protien/carb/fat ?

    You should determine first what your resting metabolic rate is in order to establish a baseline on which you will use to create a caloric deficit diet.
