    Olympic Lifting Garage Gym Exercises

    When not doing oly lifting. What are exercises to do. So far i have a rower, excercise bike, weight bench and a treadmil.

    Aside from the bench, the equipment you have is totally one dimensional. A rower is for rowing, exercise bike for riding and treadmill for running.

    You're going to have to make it up as you go.

    You have no barbell, dumbbell or kettlebells? How about a household "something" that can be substituted for a kettlebell for instance? Like a three gallon jug could be used as a kettlebell. Or make one, got a bag of concrete and length of rope? Or just go buy a couple different sizes.

    You have a tree limb, exposed rafter, etc.? Pull up bar.

    Two of them about shoulder width apart? Dips.

    Flip upside down. Press.

    Something stable that's 2-4 feet tall, box jumps.

    Two things that are really heavy but you can carry with one hand, farmer's carry.

    Something heavy you can drag, sled drag.

    Flip? Tire flips, even deadlifts.

    Or you could just pony up for a barbell and bumpers.
