    Questions Regarding Karoblyn

    I am 20, 5'11, and weigh about 160 lbs. I am lifting 7 days a week am doing the lifting at night between 9pm to 11pm, just because that is when it fits best in my schedule.

    I currently take ON Pre-Workout. Then, I take ON BCAA during the workout. After the workout, I mix ON Whey Protein with Creatine.

    I have been told about Karbolyn lately, and am wondering is it worth it? Will it just build mass or will it make me build lean muscle? Or is it not effective or not worth it?

    If you think it is worth it, when should I take it?
