I want to apologize for the delay in putting this log up. Ever since 11/23 i've been dealing with a lot of personal issues, heavy at that. It's really taken a lot out of me and even with my training. The timing couldn't be any worse with the Holidays and my obligation to this log.
I'll try the best I can though to keep my commitment. With that said let's jump into it.
I want to also thank Scivation for selecting me as a logger. I really do appreciate it.
I received my package last Friday or Saturday I believe. The flavor of choice for me was Mango Nectar.
Also included was an awesome shaker cup, one that's bigger than I have lol.
I've logged Xtend years back and this Xtend is definitely different with the added ingredients as shown below.
One question though. The ingredient pic above shows 1 scoop equals 100mg of caffeine. My tub of Xtend though states one scoop has 200mg of caffeine
So as you can see this is Xtend with the added benefits of some stims which I'm a fan of. I already normally take a preworkout prior to training so somedays I may just experiment with taking Xtend as my only source of stims for my training.
I've already had three training sessions with Xtend Go which i'll post below.

Good question. The flavor to me after three tries reminds me of an orange type flavor. I don't necessarily associate it with a mango flavor but more of an orange flavor.
I had a couple days off trying to get my mind right. I should be hitting some squats tomorrow and will update then.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

My apologies for such a horrible log based off my own standards. Long story short, i'm in the process of a seperation from my wife. It has taken a lot out of me, both physically, mentally and emotionally. Unfortunately my nutrition and training has been impacted dramatically.
Today starts the day of me gaining that momentum back though. Today is the day I turn this log around and provide a log that this product deserves
I'm going to be getting back on my nutrition and training. I'm actually headed into the gym with a scoop of Xtend Go. I'll comment on how things went afterwards. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Wow it's been a while. I want to apologize to Scivation for the lack of logging. I had a lot of personal issues going on that really took away from my training and this log.
I'm back though and hope to make up for the time missed.
I still have my Xtend and have been using it as I've been getting back into my training.
Here is my first "real" training session that went down today. It's copied from my workout log that I also keep on this site.

Training felt great and finally feels good to have decided on what to run program wise for my training.
Alright so let's talk about Xtend Go. I used 1 scoop during this training session in the large Xtend shaker cup that came with my package.
I will note that I did take a pre prior to training on top of taking the additional caffeine from Xtend Go. Training felt good but I obviously can't pin point and say it was all Xtend Go. I'll probably just use Xtend Go for several training sessions and see how that works vs taking a preworkout.
The flavor to me isn't as good as I would like it to be. I've had other products with a similar flavor that tasted better. This Mango Nectar kind of has a slight off taste at first to me b ut isn't bad by any means. I will say it does look like piss in your bottle though lol.
Tomorrow is my bench day and i'll try just the Xtend Go solo and see how it impacts my training. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

So with this training session nothing was too strenuous. I decided since that was the case to just go with using a scoop of Xtend Go instead of a preworkout.
For me I didn't get much of a kick during my training since I was just sipping Xtend through out my training. I did feel though afterwards that my energy elevated as the day went on which would make sense.
So it's kind of tricky I guess in regards to how to use Xtend Go. I see it so far more for those longer and grueling training sessions, which I definitely will be having plenty coming up so i'll report as those come.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Sorry for not updating as mentioned above. Been swamped at work picking up lazy people's hours that call in (working in Security). I'll have this updated tomorrow with all my training sessions, up to the most current one and my thoughts as well thus far with Xtend Go.

Number wise there is nothing impressive as for my bench, squat and deadlift I started well below my true 1RM.
Things at home have finally been coming together and it really has motivated me again for my training. So most importantly how has Xtend Go helped? It's kind of really hard to say to be honest. I feel this is the type of product that would be best used for longer training sessions. As I mentioned in previous posts I typically take a preworkout before my training.
I've tried to take Xtend Go a couple times preworkout but it just doesn't do much for me sipping it through out my training. I have used Xtend Go at work in a gallon of water and it definitely helps with my energy since i'm getting caffeine spaced out through out the day. It's kind of hard to tell if this is something I would consider a must by as just taking a preworkout has always been sufficient for me.
I'll let you know how training for squats went today once that's wrapped up.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Took 4 days off lifting. Had some things come up and making some big plans with the family. Long story short, me and my wife have decided to relocate the family to Arizona. We're tired of the weather in Oregon, especially for our girls who are unable to play outside due to it always raining up here.
We've been planning things step by step and plan to put our house on the market come next month.
Here is my squat training from yesterday.

So instead of taking my preworkout before training. I took a scoop of Scivation Xtend preworkout. Gulped down some water with a scoop to see if that had any impact for me vs taking a preworkout. Honestly I prefer a preworkout before my training. Also having to gulp all that water preworkout to me is annoying.
It's hard to say that Xtend Go has served me well for my training purposes. Reason being that I still feel Xtend Go is best served for those longer duration training sessions and my training lasts between 1-1.5 hours. So it's hard to say if it's really played a big role in my training or not at this point. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

I'm just glad things with me and my wife are finally settled and we're moving forward. There is going to be a lot of things coming our way though in the next month.
The plan is to put our house up for sale in March and be in Arizona soon after. We're hoping it sells fast since we're in a prime area for houses along with the inventory being low right now.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Yesterday's session went real well. My squat and deadlift felt good and strong. It's nice having some Xtend during my training to add some flavor to my water. I noticed a nice drop off of energy several hours after training, more than likely due to the stims in Xtend Go. Thus fat though training has felt solid and definitely looking forward to bench today. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441
