    After moving back up to maintenance, I'm sitting at 140. I lost 8-12 lbs of fat. That puts me out of the "borderline overfat" zone, so I'm done dieting.

    It is. I expected to be disappointed at not hitting certain goals -- BMI of xyz, waist of whatever inches around, "ideal weight" of whatever pounds --but I really don't care. The improvement is just so obvious, especially in the mirror.

    I might have kept going, but other important goals came up. Specifically, my doctor has me doing cardio for mood management. It makes me unbelievably hungry unless I eat at maintenance. But, I've already had compliments on how much happier I seem.

    It's been great watching everyone's progress.
    I believe I have hit my goal, but based on body conformation, my cut will need to continue. I'm 5'9", about 159, but still probably about 14-15% body fat. Maybe 4 more pounds and I will be satisfied. Looking forward to last weigh in tomorrow.

    Wooooooohooooooo. 184.97 this morning, finally reached my goal after a little over a year. Managed to lose the last 3 pounds in 3 days, I was due a whoosh and boy did I get it.

    What a week to have a hover.
    Final weigh in of this whole one and I'm still at 198.2

    Won't complain however, I am due a weight dump and will probably head into next week closer to 195...everything just feels so soft. I don't know how to describe it haha, but I know a lot of people talk about being able to feel their fat under the skin, and it feeling quite soft/liquid like before a weight dump. I don't know if this is true or not but I suppose I may be about to find out.

    One good thing about ending this on 198.2 is I may actually have a good first week on the new thread (many many thanks Stuffed for setting up). See you all over there

    After spending most of the week at 158.5lbs I ended up this morning same as last week at 159lbs. 165 down to 159 at this stage I will take.

    That Nutrition seminar video I mentioned a few pages back helped me a lot. Combined, with some other information Over read in Championship bodybuilding about going low carbs for three to fives days. Twice a day weight training helps as well. I'm seeing more definition which is a great sign. =-)

    only loss 0.4 pounds this week. Weight loss is very slow this month, so I couldn't my goal weight. Hopefully next month is better.

    I swear, the cheat day really helped for anyone who is stalling.

    I don't mean eat 1500 calories over and a ton of crap. But, if at a 500 calorie deficit, maybe tack on 1000 calories of good quality protein and some carbs just for a day. You'll feel better and I think it will help overall loss. I do believe tricking up the metabolism a bit is important.
